How to Enroll?

All staff members
ARE required to complete their enrollment process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Your enrollment is not complete until you finalize your election and sign your confirmation form.

• Prior to starting your enrollment, you need the following information: dependents’ names, birth dates and social security numbers.

• Elections made after a payroll cycle has processed may result in multiple deductions on your next scheduled payroll. These deductions will ensure that premiums are applied back to the effective date of coverage and there is no disruption of service.

2025-2026 Benefits Annual Enrollment

Klein ISD's Benefits Annual Enrollment will take place from July 7 to August 11, 2025, and participation is required. Employees who do not complete enrollment will have their voluntary medical and supplemental health insurance coverage terminated on August 31, 2025. To assist with the enrollment process, benefits counselors will be available at three locations throughout July and early August. Click one of the links below to schedule an appointment.
